1. Exia was rambunctiously playing ring-around-the-rosie and ran into the wall, leaving a red lump on one side of her forehead.
2. Exia and Andy were wrestling on our bed, Exia fell off, hit AJ's bouncy seat (empty at the time) and got a bloody nose and couple of cuts on her lips.
3. Later that day, Exia was again playing ring-around-the-rosie and again ran into the wall, again leaving a red lump on her forehead (this time on the other side).
4. Andy was walking down the basement stairs, missed a step, and sprained his ankle and foot. He continues to dramatically limp around, but maintains that he is in fact "fine" despite the evident swelling.
5. Exia was looking at Andy outside (while he was shoveling the driveway) and banged her head on the window (I don't even know how this one happened), leaving a red lump on the middle of her forehead.
6. While running to look at out the kitchen window (to see the neighbors dog), Exia slipped on the wood floors and fell, resulting in complete melt down which could only be resolved by giving her a piece of cheese.
AJ and I made it through Sunday unscathed.
Good thing Andy goes back to work and the kids go back to school today, because I don't know if they would survive another day at home.
Benedicta says "meow." Sorry to hear about your rambunctious Sunday. This morning I was yelled at and accused of mischief and wrongdoing; as was everyone. Was apologized too. Of course the perpetrators of the acts are com. I can't say though that I have 3 lumps, 3 welts, so I think a brief scolding is perhaps not as serious. Take care! Give a kiss to the kiddies....
