This is one of the cakes my mom got for everyone else at the party. It was corn-free (so I could have some) and REALLY good. It says, "The big day is drawing near...Baby Peter is almost here."

There were about 50 ladies there plus a few kids, including Lorene and Sherry and Nina, old family friends, friends from out-of-town, JoO's work friends, and neighbors. Exia made a quick cameo (while Andy watched the Nuggets game in the bar) then had to head home for her nap (which she ended up missing anyways, but whatever). Mike and his friend Max came at the end to grab some food and help load up the cars.
We ate some Mexican food, played some games, opened presents, and had a great time! By the end of the day, my feet (and voice) were very tired.

Also, here is pic of me, mama, and sister at shower (scroll down, it's fourth photo in previous post).
The only bad part about the weekend was my ride. Andy had E for most of Friday and Saturday, which meant, he got to drive the Pilot (because that's where the car seat is installed...it's such a pain to move it). I was relegated to the old civic again (how funny, just a few weeks ago, it was our "newest" car). I really appreciated my commute this morning in the Pilot after driving the civic all weekend!
