G and K came down for another playdate on Friday afternoon. This time, the girls' moods were reversed...E was fragile (she's teething again and there may be a cold in the mix too) and K was robust. E just wanted to hug and touch K (she LOVES to touch other little kids - especially faces and ears - seriously no sense of personal space) and K just wanted to cruise around - mostly in the opposite direction from E. It's so interesting that the girls are just one month apart, and sometimes they seem to be on parallel developmental planes...other times, like on Friday, K seems so far ahead. It may have been the overalls, but I even thought K looked much bigger than E this week. Normally, E is as tall or taller than K.
